ICE to buy back up to $500 million in shares (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
IntercontinentalExchange Inc. said Monday it will buy back up to $500 million of its shares over the next 12 months. ICE said it expects to fund any share repurchases with a combination of cash on hand, future cash flows and its existing line of credit.
